In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Balance" | Promotional funds credited to a Member's Account pursuant to a bonus offer. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms and Clause 5 of these Terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Member may process a withdrawal from the Platform. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Balance before that balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms. |

| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency in which all 999zk Account Balances are denominated, and in which all deposits and withdrawals are processed. |
Access to and use of the 999zk Platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met in full. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 999zk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, bank accounts, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly should any detail change. 999zk relies on the information you provide to process payments, verify your identity, and communicate with you. Any account registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 999zk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify 999zk immediately at support@999zk.asia if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Before processing any withdrawal, 999zk requires all Members to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card — KTP, or passport) and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 999zk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
All 999zk Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no facility to hold a balance in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by 999zk; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees for transactions initiated from outside Indonesia.
999zk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are accepted for deposits. The availability of specific payment channels may change; refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for the current list at the time of your transaction.
Deposits are credited to your 999zk Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval; local bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during operating hours. 999zk does not control processing times on the receiving bank or e-wallet side after funds have been dispatched.
You must only use payment accounts (bank accounts or e-wallets) that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the depositing Member's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
If a deposit does not appear in your Balance within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your bank or e-wallet app, please contact 999zk Live Chat with your transaction reference number. 999zk will investigate and, where the funds have been received, credit your Balance manually. 999zk accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
999zk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence solely with respect to that promotion.
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page prior to the Member claiming the bonus. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the Member must wager the total bonus amount 30 times before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets must settle as won to contribute. Full contribution tables are published on each promotion page.
Bonus credits expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be removed from the Member's Account without prior notice. Real Money Balance is never affected by bonus expiry.
999zk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any Account, where 999zk reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods; using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 999zk's sole and reasonable discretion.
999zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including during an active promotion period, where operationally necessary. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, Members who have already claimed the bonus will have their wagering requirements and validity period honoured under the original terms.
999zk reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where it determines that accepting the bet would be contrary to the Platform's commercial interests, risk management policy, or the integrity of the event in question.
In the event of a manifest error — including a mis-priced market, a software malfunction, or a data feed error — 999zk reserves the right to void all bets placed under the erroneous conditions and return stakes to the relevant Members. 999zk's decision in such circumstances is final. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that would be apparent to a reasonable person at the time the bet was placed.
A sporting event or casino game round may be declared void by 999zk where: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the sportsbook rules; a live casino stream is interrupted and cannot be verified; or the integrity of the event is called into question. Where an event is voided, all stakes are returned to Members and no winnings are paid.
Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum daily withdrawal limits apply on the 999zk Platform. These limits are published in the Cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Where winnings from a single bet or gaming session exceed the applicable maximum payout, the maximum payout amount will be credited and the excess forfeited.

999zk grants each registered Member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, automated access, or redistribution of Platform content.
999zk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available in full at Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data processing commitments include: all Member data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption; payment card data is never stored on 999zk servers and is processed via PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways; personal data is not sold to third parties; and data retention periods are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.

999zk aims to maintain continuous Platform availability with a target uptime of 99.9%. However, 999zk does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond 999zk's reasonable control.
999zk provides a gambling platform; all gambling activities involve financial risk. 999zk accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of gameplay, sports betting outcomes, or any other wagering activity on the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose funds and that 999zk bears no responsibility for such losses.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and data feed providers. 999zk is not liable for any failure, error, delay, or loss caused by a third-party service provider, including but not limited to payment processing delays by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
999zk shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999zk's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your 999zk Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email at support@999zk.asia. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balance. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
999zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; the Member's conduct is deemed harmful to the Platform's integrity or to other Members; 999zk is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law; or 999zk ceases to offer services to residents of a particular jurisdiction.
Upon account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), 999zk reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Member's Balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for any reason other than breach, the Member's Real Money Balance will be returned within 14 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. 999zk operates as an internationally licensed platform; the governing jurisdiction for dispute resolution is specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.
Notwithstanding the above, 999zk acknowledges that its primary user base consists of residents of Indonesia and that Indonesian consumer protection principles are respected in the Platform's operations. 999zk will make reasonable efforts to resolve any Member dispute amicably and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process before any formal escalation.
Members wishing to initiate a dispute resolution request should contact 999zk in the first instance via support@999zk.asia with the subject line "Dispute Resolution Request". 999zk aims to acknowledge all such requests within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.
999zk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 999zk will provide advance notice to Members via the registered email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification, no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Member rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support@999zk.asia to close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Clause 12.3.
